Anthropic Reaches $4B ARR

Anthropic reached an annual revenue run rate of $4B. The Information reports that this is four times their ARR at the beginning of the year. Run rate at the end of May was just $3B. (sarcasm - few companies grow this fast - incredible). Current valuation is $61.5B. Apparently the value lies in their code creation tools - one of the few places where companies are claiming a measurable positive ROI for genAI. For perspective, CNBC reported that OpenAI was on target for $10B ARR. But, hey, that was a month ago.
