Consumer adoption of genAI tools has been rapid in comparison to any app in history. We used to say that there were no barriers to the adoption of mobile. With a few scrolls of the thumb and pressing a couple of buttons, one could simply switch from Uber to Lyft if dissatisfied with the service.
